Booking a treatment
Booking is required. Our therapists will be glad to advise you on the most appropriate treatments according to your requirements.

Payment
On line with PayPal / credit card or on arrival by credit card or cash.

How to cancel a booking
You can cancel or re-schedule a booking no later than 9.00 p.m. of the previous day. Otherwise, you will be required to pay 50% of the total amount.

Late arrival
Late arrival will not guarantee the full duration of your treatment.

Getting to Thai Spa and welcome tea
It is advisable for you to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance, so that you can have time to relax before your treatment. When you arrive, we will be pleased to offer you our oriental herbal teas. If you wish, you can have a shower before your massage.

What to bring
You won’t have to bring anything with you. Thai Spa provides bath robes, towels, slippers and disposable briefs. An individual locker will be provided for the safekeeping of your personal items in the room where you receive your treatment.
